Mildred E. Gloff, 91, died November 12, 2011, at JFK Hospital in Edison. Born in Perth Amboy, June 7, 1920, she resided in Woodbridge for the last 7 years. Prior to her move to Woodbridge, she resided in Perth Amboy. Mildred was an Office Manager for June Chevrolet in Metuchen.
A member of St. Paul's Evangelical Reformed Church in Perth Amboy for many years, she served as Deacon. She was a member of the Consistory; Chairman of the annual bazaar; a member of the Choir and the Women's Guild. She also taught Sunday school.
Mildred was predeceased by her late sister, Eileen Stringer.
She is survived by her brother, Ronald J. Gloff and his wife Jean of Jackson; sister Dorothy Ludewig of Edison; seven nephews; a niece; six grand-nieces and nephews; and five great-grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 15, 2011, from 7:00-9:00 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Clover Leaf Mausoleum.
