It is with heavy hearts to announce the passing of Miguel "Michael" Abreu III at the age of 43.

Miguel was born in Perth Amboy to Miguel Abreu Jr., and Maria Hernandez.  He was employed as a tractor trailer driver, which he loved. When he wasnt working Michael enjoyed cooking, listening to music, traveling and spending time with his friends and family, his passion was fishing. Michael was a free spirit with the gift of gab and would talk with anyone he met. He had many childhood friends and many which he met throughoput his journey of life. With his infectious laugh he made peoples lives a little lighter and Brighter.

Miguel is predeceased by his father Miguel Abreu Jr. He is survived by his caring mother Maria Morenza; his uncle, Sam Hernandez; and a host of cousins and dear friends.

Cremation was held privately and a celebration of life took place on August 13, 2022, his first birthday in Heaven, at the Barge in Perth Amboy. Please keep Michael's family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
