Michael Swallick's Obituary
Michael Swallick, 71, of Hopelawn, passed suddenly on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at the Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy.
Born in New Brunswick on April 23,1949, he was formerly of Edison before moving to the Hopelawn section of Woodbridge Twp. in 1979.
He retired 9 years ago, as a Heavy Collision Technician, which he was for most of his life, last being employed with Garden State Auto Body in Iselin.
He was an avid drag racer in Englishtown.
Michael was predeceased by his parents Paul and Anna Swallick.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 44 years Patricia, his three beloved children, Michael J. of Townsend, DE, Joseph P. and his wife Faizah of Toms River and Michelle of Hopelawn, his 8 cherished grandchildren; Ava, Aiden, Hailey, Abigail, Ryan, Kaden, Adrian and Amiya and his siblings; Maryann Miller, Nancy Kingston, of Perth Amboy and Paul Swallick, of Perth Amboy.
Private cremation services are under the direction of the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords NJ 08863
A memorial service will take place in the distant future.
