Michael David Sepelyak, 58, of Perth Amboy, passed away on March 28, 2016 at University Hospital, Newark. He was a lifelong resident of Perth Amboy.
Michael was a truck driver for 20 years with Halls Fast Motor Freight in South Plainfield.
He joined Perth Amboy Volunteer Fire Department, Washington Engine Company #2 in 1979. He is a former Chief of the Volunteer Fire Department in Perth Amboy.
He was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fords.
Michael was predeceased by his parents, George and Helen (Miluczewski). Surviving are his wife of 30 years, Jo-Ann (Homa), his children, Joseph, Crystal-Ann, Rebecca and Samantha, his brothers, George, Alan and Mark, his sister, Beverly, and many nephews and nieces.
A Memorial Service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 28 South Fourth Street, Fords.
