Michael Jeremy Porrino, 31, of Metuchen, passed suddenly on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at RWJU Hospital in New Brunswick.  He was a graduate of Metuchen High School, with the class of 2003.  He was a former dispatcher with A. Harrington Limousine Service in Edison, and was an accomplished musician, singer and songwriter, playing guitar, keyboards and bagpipes for many area bands, including: "Carnapple," "Shotty Mike's & The Mad Heads," and "Carnavarice Breath" to name a few.  He also had a career as a solo artist.  He was a member of the Hemophilia Association of NJ.

Michael leaves behind his beloved parents, Linda Porrino of Bradenton, FL and Carl Porrino of San Francisco, CA and his brother, Jay Davis of Bradenton, FL.

A memorial visitation is planned for Saturday evening, October 29, 2016, from 5 pm to 8 pm, with a memorial service beginning at 7pm at the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen, NJ 08840.
