Michael Angelo Lao, 84, of Edison, passed away at home on June 2, 2014. He was born in Cuba on September 20, 1929. Michael has resided in Edison since 1960. He was a welder for General Dynamics in Woodbridge and Winter Trucking in Avenel. He was a member of the La Victoria S D A Church in Perth Amboy.

He is survived by two sons, Michael J. Lao and his wife Andrea of Miami, FLA; Michael A. Lao and his wife Olivia of Edison; two grandchildren, Timothy Michael Lao and Dylan Michael Lao; two brothers, Pedro Lao of FLA and Jose Lao of Spain.

Visitation will be Wednesday, 6-9 pm at the La Victoria S D A Church, 760 State St. Perth Amboy, NJ 08861. Funeral services will be Thursday 10 am in the church. Entombment will be in Clover Leaf Memorial Gardens in Woodbridge.
