It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Michael P. Forsythe, who departed this life on July 4, 2025 at the age of 61. He was born on May 7, 1964.

A beloved father, brother, and friend, Michael's presence will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Throughout his life, Michael was known for his unwavering optimism, playful sense of humor, and love for his family. Whether sharing a story, offering sensible advice, or simply being there when needed, Michael was a person who always thought of you and provided a light to your life.

He loved watching The Dallas Cowboys, the New York Mets, and the New Jersey Devils.

He was predeceased by his mother Carol Forsythe and his father Thomas Forsythe. He is survived by his children; Anthony, Felicia, and Daniella who were the pride and joy of his life. Michael is also lovingly remembered by his brother and sisters; Thomas, Carol, and Cindy who will miss his steady presence, his humor, and the deep bond of family they shared.

Michael's life was a testament to loyalty, resilience, and love. Though he is no longer with us in body, his spirit lives on in the memories we hold and the legacy he leaves behind.

Family and friends may visit at Flynn and Son/Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ on Thursday, July 10, from 5-8 pm.
