Michael Bozza, 92, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at the JFK University Medical Center in Edison. He was born on December 11, 1932 in Bayonne. After graduating high school, Michael joined the United States Air Force and served his country from 1952 to 1956 as an airframe repairman. Once leaving the Air Force, Michael continued to work as an aircraft mechanic for Eastern Airlines, retiring in 1993. He was a resident of Cranford for the past 45 years.

Michael is predeceased by his loving wife, Marcella Bozza (2010), and his eldest son, Mike.

Surviving Michael are his two sons along with their wives, Ricki and Pat, and Scott and Peggy; his three granddaughters, Valerie and her husband Brian, Erica and her husband Matthew, and Jessica; and his beloved great granddaughters, Kinsley, Oaklyn, Harper, and Hannah.

Cremation will be private. A memorial service for Michael will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025 between the hours of 3 PM to 6 PM at the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave., Metuchen, NJ 08840.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's name may be made to a charity of your choice.
