Matthew K. Hagman, 47, of Bridgewater, passed away on October 27, 2025, at Jefferson Hospital in Cherry Hill. He was born in Weymouth, MA., on April 21, 1978. Matthew was a stay-at-home Dad. He was a graduate of Burlington High School and Clark University. Matthew was very creative. He played the guitar, built puppets and played poker. Matthew was a band dad for the Immaculata High School Marching Band.

He was predeceased by his parents, Jan and Samantha Hagman.

Matthew is survived by his wife of 19 years, Emily (nee Herc) Hagman, of Bridgewater; a son, Max Hagman of Bridgewater; brother, Glenn Hagman, of Nashua, NH; sister, Kristen Hagman, of Weymouth, MA; and three cats: Autumn, Nigel and Hannah.

Memorial visitation will be on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 1-3pm, with a Celebration of Life service at 2 pm at the Flynn and Son/Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Matthew's name may be made to St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center.
