Mary Anne Waggner, 76, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, after a short illness. Born on March 4, 1949, in Jersey City, she was raised in Avenel by her parents, Frances and Robert Waggner.  Mary resided in Avenel until her move to Phillipsburg approximately 30 years ago.  She was a proud member of The Order of the Eastern Star in Bridgewater, NJ.

Mary was pre-deceased by her parents, Frances and Robert Waggner and her brother, Victor Doyle.

She is survived by her nephew, David Doyle, of Bethlehem, PA; her nieces, Susan Lanese and Beth D"Angelo; and her beloved fur baby, Barney.

Friends may call at the Flynn and Son / Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863, on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM.  Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.   Interment will follow in Clover Leaf Memorial Park.
