Born in Washington, DC, she had resided in Edison for the last 40 years.  She was a retired Secretary for the Computer Science Deptartment at Middlesex County College in Edison for 24 years.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Gerald, who died in 1980, and brother, Buddy Farley

Mary leaves behind, her son, Steven Lyden of Jamesburg and her daughter, Susan Macedo of Edison; her two grandchildren, Katie and Michael; and her sisters: Sr. Marie Celeste (Barbara) Farley, Jeanette Wolf, Helen Cooke and Joan Redling; and a brother, Donald Farley.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 23, 2016, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863.

Funeral services will begin on Saturday, December 24, 2016, at 9:15 am from the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, followed by a 10 am Funeral Liturgy at Guardian Angels Church, of the Transfiguration of the Lord Parish, Edison, with an interment in Resurrection Cemetery, Piscataway.
