Mary Blois (nee: Lasiw) 86, of Perth Amboy, passed away on April 25, 2014 at St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston. She was a life long resident of Perth Amboy and a member of the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Assumption in Perth Amboy.

She is predeceased by her husband, William J. in 1999; her parents, Philip and Rose Lasiw, and her sisters, Ann Lasiw, Catherine Rausz, Annastasia Szczepanski and Sophie Lasiw.

Surviving are her children William Philip of Miami, Fla, and Maureen Herbert of Fords; grandchildren, Kara Mann and Matthew W. Herbert and her great-grandson, Richard A. Mann II.

Funeral services will be 8:30 AM, April 30, 2014 at Flynn and Son Funeral Home,

23 Ford Ave., Fords, with a 9 AM Service of Divine Liturgy at the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Assumption, Perth Amboy. Interment will follow at Alpine Cemetery.

Viewing will be Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM with a Parastas Service at 3:30 PM.
