Mary Balicki (nee: Borkes), 88, of Fords died at her home. A life-long resident of Fords, she was a 1938 graduate of Woodbridge High School. Mrs. Balicki was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church and a member of the Altar-Rosary Society. She was a member of the Fords & Keasby Seniors. Being a homemaker, she enjoyed cooking, baking, and doing crafts.

Mrs. Balicki is preceded in death by her husband Emil who died in 2001, and a daughter Mary Jane Birch in 2003. She is also predeceased by two brothers John and George Borkes. Surviving is her daughter, Dr. Maureen Hudak and her husband Robert of Holmdel, two grandchildren Brett and Marissa, a sister Elizabeth Lesko of Fords and a brother Joseph Borkes of Bayville.

Funeral Services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday from Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ followed by a 10:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy in Our Lady of Peace Church, Fords.
Interment will take place in Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway.
