Maria Robitaille-Andes passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025, at Hackensack Meridian/JFK Medical Center. She was 59.

Maria loved spending time in nature and taking in its beauty. Hiking trails all over New Jersey and Pennsylvania and camping often. She loved nothing more than sitting near a crackling fire and Harmony Ridge Campground became her home away from home. She enjoyed tapping into her creative side, crafting often. She was an avid reader and writer, winning awards for her poetry in her younger years. She volunteered at Wings of Hope Bird Sanctuary for some time saving many birds as well as caring for her own. She was a loving wife, mother and the world's best Amma, making it known there was nothing she wouldn't do for her grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Dolores Muska. Maria is survived by her husband, Eugene Andes; her brother, Mark Muska and his wife, Stephanie; her daughters: Heather, Melissa and Nicole Robitaille; and grandchildren: Jayce, Ella, Madison, Jaxon and Avery.

There will be a Memorial Visitation for Maria at the Flynn and Son / Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863 on Friday, March 14, 2025, from 4:00pm - 8:00pm with a brief service starting at 7:00pm.
