Maria Emerich, 82,of Edison died Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at Care One at the Highlands in Edison. Born in Romania, Mrs. Emrich resided in Edison for the past 50 years where she was a homemaker.

Mrs. Emerich was pre-deceasd by her husband, George in 1990. Surviving family members include her son Gary G. and his wife Marie of Edison; daughter, Veronica Jewell and her husband Howard of Woodbridge; 5 grandchildren: Teresa, Johnny, Maria, Gary, and Krystal; and 3 great-grandchildren: Shawn, James, and Tanya.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 10 a.m. from FLYNN AND SON/KOYEN FUNERAL HOME,319 Amboy Ave Metuchen, N.J.
