Margaret E. Riley, 86, of Monroe Twp., passed away on October 21, 2024, at Brookdale Monroe Assisted Living. She was born in Orange, NJ on September 14, 1938. Margaret was an Auditor for NJ Transit in Maplewood. She was a graduate of Columbia High School in Maplewood, Class of 1957. She enjoyed traveling as well as trips to Atlantic City, playing golf and bingo and she was a fan of the NY Mets.

Margaret was predeceased by her parents, Albert and Teresa Riley; four brothers, James, William, Frederick and Robert Riley; and a sister, Florence Krempin.

She is survived by two sisters, Patricia DeBlassi, of Hamilton, and Teresa McNamara, of Hamilton; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Friday, October 25, 2024, 10 am-12 noon at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 12 noon. Interment will follow in St Joseph's Cemetery in Keyport.
