Margaret Avis Donegan, 87, of Woodbridge, passed away on July 12, 2017, at Memory Care Living, South River.
She was born in Perth Amboy and resided in Woodbridge since 1981. Avis worked in payroll for 40 years with Chevron Oil in Perth Amboy, retiring in 1992.
She was a communicant at St. James Church in Woodbridge. She enjoyed traveling and had a lifelong love of dogs.
Avis was predeceased by her brother, Ronald, in 1998.
Surviving are her nieces: Susan Bush and her husband, Allen, and Patricia Donegan; her great niece and nephews, Brittany, Daniel, and Kyle.
Private funeral services were under the direction of Flynn and Son Funeral Home, Fords.
