Margaret T. De Fario (nee: Fodor), 93, passed away on June 28, 2015, at her home in Lakewood. She was born in Perth Amboy, where she spent most of her life, before moving to Lakewood 2 years ago.
Margaret was employed by the Perth Amboy Board of Education as a bus driver for 22 years, retiring in 1992.
She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony in 1992, and by her 4 siblings. Surviving are her son, Alan and his partner Erica of Ridgewood, NY, her daughter, Marie and her partner Billy of Lakewood, and her niece, Ruth Sotto, her children and grandchildren
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, July 3, 2015, at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords. Interment will be at Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery, Hopelawn. Visitation will be Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
