Margaret E. Bozykowski, 73, passed away at Hackensack Meridian/JFK Medical Center in Edison on July 3, 2023.

Margaret was born in West Germany to Stanley and Elizabeth Groppe Bozykowski. She was just a toddler when her family emigrated to the US and settled in the Carteret area.  She was a graduate of Carteret High School, and had worked at the then Saint-Gobain Glass Company until the plant eventually closed.  She later worked in housekeeping at Rahway Hospital.

She is preceded in death by her parents.  Margaret is survived by her daughter: Dawn Bozykowski-Tholen; son-in-law: Wayne Tholen; siblings: Helen Naronjo,  Michel Bozykowski, and Maria Pierson; nieces Judy and Jamie; and nephews: John and Tyler.

A memorial visitation will take place on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords from 5:00pm-8:00-pm.  Graveside services will take place on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 in Rosehill Cemetery, Linden at 10:30am.
