Magnolia Neglia (Meg), 92, of Fords, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2018, at St. Peter's Hospital in New Brunswick surrounded by those she loved.

Magnolia was born on April 28, 1925 in Alabama, and grew up the youngest of 9 children in Georgia.  She met and married Michael Neglia, thereafter making a life together in Fords, NJ with their four children.  She worked for Revlon for 25 years as an Administrator, and was a dedicated volunteer for Deborah Hospital.  She enjoyed sunny days, being outdoors, watching the birds and had a passion for ballroom dancing.

Magnolia was predeceased by her son, Frank Neglia, in 1965.  She was the last survivor of nine children.

She is survived by two daughters; Brenda Di Somma of Somerset, and Maryann Keseday of Ocean; son Michael Neglia and his wife Robin of Neshanic Station; five  grandchildren: Danielle DiSomma Golba; Sean and Ryan Keseday; Ashley Neglia Corvo and Scott Neglia; and five great-grandchildren: Lauren, Matthew, Justin, Jonathan and Emily Golba.

Visitation will be Thursday 7-9 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863.

Funeral services will begin Friday 10 am at the funeral home followed by a 10:30 am funeral liturgy at Our Lady of Peace Church.  Internment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Magnolia's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
