Obituary

Madeline Chichester, 77, of Edison, entered into eternal rest June 25, 2015, at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was born in Bronx, NY and has resided in Edison for more than 30 years.

Madeline worked at Revlon Research in Edison for 40 years, before retiring in 2004 as Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Research.

She was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace R C Church in Fords. She was a graduate of Caldwell College and a member of Theta Alpha Kappa National Honor Society of Religious studies/Theology, Zetta Kappa.

Madeline is survived by her sister-in-law Antonina Sambuco of Silver Spring, MD, 5 nieces and nephews: Roseanne Sambuco Muller, Paul Sambuco, Therese Moorhead, Lucy Funk, and Carmel Keenan and their spouses, 10 great nieces and nephews, Joy, Bethany, and Joseph Funk, Grace, Lydia, and Paul Sambuco, Anna Moorhead, Bennett, Abagail, and David Keenan; and her cousins Thomas Woore, Jo Anne McKaughan and their spouses, of California and Mary Catherine Woore of Washington State.

Visitation will be on Monday July 13, 2015 from 8 am to 10 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords followed by a 10:30 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace R C Church. Interment will be on Tuesday July 14, 2015 at 10 am at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Silver Spring, MD. In lieu of flowers contributions are requested to Our Lady of Victory Homes of Charity 780 Ridge Rd. Lackawanna, N.Y. 14218
