Lynn A. Woldar, 73, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2020. Born in Perth Amboy, Lynn was raised in Metuchen and was a 1965 graduate of Metuchen High School. In 1969, she graduated from the University of Bridgeport and went on to work as a first grade teacher in the Metuchen school system for 7 years. A devoted wife and mother, Lynn spent most of her life as a dedicated home maker. She loved to play mahjong and she enjoyed watching old TV shows and black and white movies. Lynn is fondly remembered as being dedicated to her family and she will be dearly missed. Lynn is predeceased by her parents, Edward and Mollie Apfelbaum. She is survived by her beloved husband, Steven Woldar, her cherished daughter, Allison Brewster and her loving sister, Susan Apfelbaum. A private burial will commence at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge and a Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
