Lydia Velez Fernandez's Obituary
Lydia Velez Fernandez, 58, of the Middlebush section of Franklin Twp., died on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at her home.
She was born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico and was formerly of Perth Amboy.
She was a graduate with the Perth Amboy High School Class of '76
She is survived by her beloved husband of almost 30 years, Carlos "Charlie" Fernandez and her two beloved daughters, Ashley and April Fernandez.
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at 12 noon, at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Ave. Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.
Interment will follow in St. James Cemetery, Woodbridge.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 23, 2014, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
