Luisa Trinidad Rosa, 90, of Perth Amboy, passed away at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center in New Brunswick on May 15, 2023. She was born on November 2, 1932 in Rio Arriba Poniente, Puerto Rico. Luisa was a Seamstress for many companies in Perth Amboy. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima. Luisa was a devout Catholic and prayed the Rosary often. She enjoyed bingo.

Luisa was predeceased by her husband, Joaquin Rosa Sr. in 2006; two sons, Hector and Joaquin Jr. Rosa; and ten brothers and sisters.

She is survived by a daughter, Evelyn Rosa, of Highland Park; a son, Edwin Rosa, and his companion Janina, of Perth Amboy; grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; a sister, Milagros Trinidad Escobar, of Chicago; and a brother, Victor Trinidad, of Manati, Puerto Rico.

Visitation will be Sunday 4-7 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Ave., Perth Amboy, NJ 08861. Funeral Services will begin Monday 9:15 am at the funeral home followed by a 10 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Fatima Church. Interment will be in Alpine cemetery.
