Louise Adeline Oros, born February 17, 1924 in Easton, PA, to Mr. and Mrs. Claude Stone. A resident of Edison, for 55 years she passed away peacefully on Monday June 23rd at her home.

She was predeceased by her husband, Lester J. Oros, in 1981, who was an entrepreneur, retailer, and esteemed member and Past President of the Woodbridge Rotary Club and HUB's of Perth Amboy. She was the loving mother of Robert Oros and his wife Pam of Greenwich, CT., Patti Oros Whitehead and her husband Kevin of Bridgewater, and her late daughter Karyn Oros in 2005. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren in the New Jersey, and Connecticut areas and her brother William Stone of Easton, PA.

Mrs. Oros enjoyed creative crafts throughout her life. She was actively involved in various organizations over the years including serving as a Den Mother, Brownie Leader, Sunday School teacher and President of the Clara Barton Women's Club. She was an active member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church of Edison, the Clara Barton Social Club and Seniors until mobility prevented meeting attendance.

Funeral services will be held at 10 am Friday at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords. Interment will follow in Clover Leaf Memorial Park in Iselin. Visitation is Thursday from 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society,
