Lorraine Mercurio, 86 of Edison, passed suddenly at home on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.

Born in Newark, NJ,  she lived most of her life in Edison.

She was a retired Cafeteria Cashier after working for many years, with Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals in Kenilworth, NJ.

She was predeceased by her two sons; Ernest and Dominick Mercurio.

She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Lorena A. Renner and her husband Thomas of Edison, her four beloved grandchildren; Lorena Demeo, of Belle Mead, Michelle Cumberbatch of Edison, Louis Demeo of Rahway, and Anthony Mercurio of Edison, and her six dear great-grandchildren; Malcolm, Emalyn, Mia, Elise, Malena and Everly, and her granddog "Logan" and her grandcat "Fluffy"

Visitation was on Saturday, February 20, 2021, from 2 pm to 6 pm at the Flynn and Son / Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave. Metuchen, NJ 08840. Cremation will follow, privately.
