Lorna Rose Forziati, 84, of Iselin died April 10, 2012, at the Brandywine Senior Living Center in Toms River. Formerly of Iselin, she has resided in Toms River since 2000. She was born in Preston, Victoria in Australia on December 18, 1927. Lorna was a homemaker. She was a communicant of St Cecelia's Church and a member of the Alter Rosary Society. She loved to dance.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Gary J. Forziati, of Toms River; four daughters: Gloria Jean Davis (Thomas) of Easton, PA, Pamela Semenza (Dominick) of Jackson, Lynette Rousseau (Paul) of Melbourne, FL, and Joanne Abrams of Toms River; four sons: Gary A. Forziati (Lorraine) of Brigantine, Raymond Forziati (Debbie) of Lakewood, Wayne Forziati (Charlene) of Manahawkin, and Richard Forziati (Kim) of Sayreville; 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 13, 2012, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863. Funeral services will begin on Saturday at 10:30 am at the funeral home followed by an 11:15 am Funeral Liturgy at St. Cecelia's Church in Iselin. Entombment will be in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens.
