Linda Jane
Krychowecky
October 1, 1946 – May 19, 2022
Linda Jane Krychowecky, 75, passed away at her home at Bridgeway Care and Rehabilitation Center in Hillsborough, New Jersey on Thursday May 19th.
Linda was born on October 1, 1946 in Annville, PA, grew up in South Plainfield, NJ, and moved to Piscataway, NJ where she raised her family after she married. Linda graduated from South Plainfield High School in 1964 and received her degree as a Registered Nurse from Muhlenberg Hospital School of Nursing in Plainfield, NJ in 1967. Linda's love of children led her to a long career as a pediatric nurse where she spent many years as a RN for Dr. Hung Nguyen, MD and Dr. Mario Pino, MD. Linda was predeceased by her parents, George Linwood Moore and Jane Tressler (Landis) Moore, and her husband, Michael A. Krychowecky II, who passed in 1992 at the age of 47.
Linda is survived by her two children: Jennifer Krychowecky of Princeton, NJ, and Michael Krychowecky of Jupiter, FL. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Madeleine and Grace, her sister, Christine Howard of Medford, NJ, and her brother, Alan Moore of Lexington, SC.
Linda was a kind and caring woman with a very big heart and a smile to match. She was warm and inviting and she loved to laugh and to make people happy. She loved children and was dedicated to her career as a pediatric nurse but her true passion was her family. Linda spent her entire adult life dedicated to her beloved children who she selflessly raised on her own from the time they were teenagers, after her husband passed. She was an avid walker and had two dogs, Reese and Sam, who she nurtured and adored. Linda's kindness and compassion made a difference in many lives and she was frequently referred to as a "second mother" by friends and family. She will forever be remembered as a very caring and loving person who was always making people smile.
