Lillian "Dolly" Veres Fuzak, a cherished member of her family, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2025, at the age of 93. Born on August 25, 1931, in Hopelawn, New Jersey, Dolly lived a full and remarkable life dedicated to her family and loved ones.

Dolly was a graduate of Middlesex County Girls Vocational School, class of 1947. She went on to work as a talented seamstress at Maiden Form, where her skill and dedication shone through. Beyond her career, Dolly was known for her love of baking, cooking, and decorating for the holidays, traditions that brought joy and warmth to all who knew her.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Emil Fuzak; her parents, Lydia Dobranyi and Steven Veres; and her siblings, Bertha Pluskota, Mary Kovacs, Stephen Veres, Anna Beres, Rose Skarupa, Joseph Veres, Elizabeth Magyar, and Rudolph Veres. Despite the loss of so many loved ones, Dolly's heart remained full of love and kindness.

Dolly is survived by her devoted daughter Sharon Chelnik and Sharon's partner, Mike Mulherin. She was a proud grandmother to Michelle Chelnik, and Samuel Chelnik and his wife, Kelly. Her great-grandchildren, Gabrielle and William Chelnik, were her pride and joy. Dolly also leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews who will forever remember her warmth and generosity.

Dolly's family was her life. She would drop everything at a moment's notice to lend a helping hand or provide comfort and support. Her love knew no bounds, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

As we celebrate Dolly's incredible life, we remember her as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Her legacy of love and devotion will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.

Friends may visit at Flynn and Son /Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave, Fords on Sunday January 19, 2025 from 2-4 pm with no evening visitation due to the inclement weather. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 10:00 am with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Hopelawn.
