Lilia C. Arendain, 83, of Fords, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at Park Place Manor in Monmouth Junction. She was born in the Philippines and has resided in Fords for the past 24 years.

Lilia was a nurse in a TB hospital in the Philippines for 40 years.

She is survived by her children, Maria V. Loreto of Fords, Astrid Gandionco of Edison, Eric Arendain of Perth Amboy, and Chad Erwin Arendain of Gainsville, VA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015, at 9:30 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ, followed by a 10 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace RC Church. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, January 30, 2015, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
