Leonides Rodriguez, 85, of Edison, passed away on August 18, 2014, at JFK Medical Center. He was born in Comerio, Puerto Rico, on June 10, 1929. He has resided in Edison for the last 13 years. He was a retired Handyman, employed by Paulus Hook Towers in Jersey City.

Leonides was predeceased by his wife, Petra Rodriguez, in 2013.
He is survived by two sons, Luis Rodriguez and his wife Carmen of Edison and Edwin Rodriguez and his wife Gail of Vorhees; four grandchildren: Leo, Jason, Christina, and, Alyssa, great-granddaughter, Madeleine; and a brother, Santos Rodriguez, of Harrisburg, PA.

Visitation will be Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm, at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863. Funeral Services will be Thursday 10 am at the First Baptist Church of Metuchen. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery in Metuchen.
