Lawrence R. "Larry" Jensen,77, of Mount Holly, NJ passed away on Friday, September 2, 2022 at Samaritan Hospice in Mount Holly.

Larry was born in Newark to the late Dorothy Christensen and Lawrence R. Jensen, Sr. He grew up in New Orleans, and received his Bachelor's Degree from Southeastern Louisiana College in Hammond, LA.

He eventually moved back up to New Jersey and worked as a scientist in the Pharmaceutical Industry.  He worked for many years for Hoffman-LaRoche in Nutley, and lastly for Pharma where he retired from as a senior scientist.

Larry is survived by his brother Robert M. Jensen, Sr. and his wife Brenda.  He is also survived by his niece Andrea L Jensen and nephew Robert M. Jensen, Jr.

There will be a memorial visitation for Larry on Sunday, September 11, 2022 from 11:00am until 12:00 noon at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Samaritan Hospice at: Samaritan Gift Processing Center, PO Box 71425, Philadelphia, PA 19176, or www.samaritannj.org/giving.
