Laura M. Peterson, 82, of Fords, as was her wish, she passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family.
She was born in Perth Amboy and has resided in Fords for the last 51 years.
Laura worked for 30 years in the Advertising Department of Supermarkets General Corporation in Woodbridge, retiring in 1997. She was a member of the Woman's Club of Fords.
Laura was predeceased by her husband, Warren O., in 1997, and her sisters, Ceres Mazza and Frances Mazza.
Surviving are her daughter, Lauren Cremins and her husband Ken of Bethlehem Township, her grandchildren, Keith Cremins and Courtney Grube, and many nieces and nephews and their families.
Funeral services will be 11 AM on Friday, April 8, 2016 at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., with interment to follow at Alpine Cemetery, Perth Amboy. Viewing will be Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
