Obituary of Karen A. Trout


Karen A. Trout, 59, of Edison, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at J.F.K. Medical Center in Edison. Karen was born in Perth Amboy to the late Lester and Irene Trout and had lived all of her life in Edison.
She was employed as a dietary technician by the Roosevelt Care Center in Edison, for thirty-four years, before her retirement in 2013.
In addition to her parents, Karen was also predeceased by her brother Gary in 2015.
Surviving are her sister Jacqueline Trout of Edison and her loving friend Pat Machat.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday 10:00 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, 531 New Brunswick Ave. Fords. Interment will follow in the Alpine Cemetery in Perth Amboy. Visitation hours will be held Tuesday evening from 6 pm to 8 pm.
