Juvenal Edilberto Prieto Echevarria, 79, of Perth Amboy, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2022.  Born in Caraz, Peru, he resided in Perth Amboy since 2009.  He was employed by the City of Perth Amboy.  Juvenal loved the mountains and lakes of his homeland and was an avid soccer fan.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 54 years, Maria Luz Vasquez de Prieto; his four sons: Wilder, Robert and Alonzo Prieto, and Jonathan Yachachin; his grandson, Matias; and his brother, Fredy Prieto.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 12:30 to 4:30 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Avenue, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.  Funeral services will be on Friday, April 22, 2022, at 11:00 am at the funeral home followed by an 11:30 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Perth Amboy.
