Julie Marie Dworak, 36, of Pittsburgh PA, passed suddenly at her home on Thursday, December 28, 2023.

Born in Perth Amboy, Julie spent the majority of her life in New Jersey before relocating to Pittsburgh, PA five years ago.

Julie navigated through various roles within the culinary industry, showcasing versatility and expertise in her professional journey. Most recently, she worked at Mission BBQ in Monroeville, PA.

Julie graduated with honors, ranking among the Top 10 students from her Woodbridge High School class in 2005. In 2009, she achieved the status of Valedictorian at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia.

She was predeceased by her father Wayne Dworak in 2016, as well as her paternal grandparents (Frank and Lois Dworak) and her maternal grandmother (Thelma Andrascik).

Julie is survived by her mother, Christine Andrascik Dworak, her brother Michael Dworak, his wife Cheryl, and their three children (Annabelle, Katherine, and Jonathan) all of Woodbridge. She also left behind her sister Elizabeth Brenckman, her husband Brian, and their two children (Aubrey and Jackson) of Colonia. Also surviving is her maternal grandfather, Ernest Andrascik Sr. of Woodbridge, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Friends and relatives may pay respects on Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 11 am to 3 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home located at 23 Ford Ave, Fords, NJ 08863. There will be a funeral service beginning at 2 pm with Rev. Christopher Sadlo officiating.
