Julia Buda, 93, formerly of Keasbey, passed peacefully at the Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge on Monday, January 6, 2014.

She was born in Perth Amboy and has resided in Keasbey for over 60 years.

She was a member of St. Michael's Byzantine Rite Catholic Church in Perth Amboy and the Fords/ Keasbey Senior Citizens Club.

She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Buda, who died in 1988, and her son Gerald Buda.

She leaves behind her two sons, Charles Buda, Jr. and his wife, Barbara, of Manalapan and Richard Buda of Hopelawn, her 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, and her sister, Mary Brodniak.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 10, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at the Flynn & son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863. Interment will follow in Clover Leaf Memorial Park Cemetery Woodbridge.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 9, 2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Members of the Fords /Keasbey Seniors will meet to pay respects to their late member, Julia Buda at 3:30 pm Thursday.
