Julia A. Dischler 76, of Fords, passed peacefully on April15, 2026 at the JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ.
She was born on December 24, 1949, in Jersey City, NJ, a graduate of St Mary's High School Jersey City, had had resided in Fords for the last 30years.
She was a retired Secretary in the CCD office and a CCD Teacher at Our Lady of Peace School in Fords.
She was a 30-year communicant of Our Lady of Peace RC Church in Fords, a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Our Lady of Peace Columbiettes.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas Dischler died in 2016 and her brother Edward Binaski.
She leaves behind her beloved daughter Stephanie Tornatore of Jersey City, NJ; her sister, Barbara Busch; her beloved cousin, Albert Grossi and two wonderful grandchildren: Daniela Tornatore and Michael Tornatore
Family and friends may visit on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 4-7 pm at Flynn and Son / Mitruska Funeral Home 23 Ford Ave., Fords. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 10:00 am followed by a mass at Our Lady of Peach Church in Fords. Interment will follow at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.
