Julia DiPalo (nee Iannotti), 89, of Perth Amboy, passed away on July 5, 2021, at the Venetian in South Amboy. She was born in Brooklyn on July 5, 1932.  She was a Sales Associate for Stern's Department Store in Woodbridge Center. She enjoyed working in her garden, cooking, and reading.

Julia was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Ralph DiPalo, in 2020.

She is survived by two sons, Anthony DiPalo of Aberdeen and Michael DiPalo of Bedminster; a daughter, Julie Schurmann and her husband, Ray, of Freehold; four grandchildren: Isabel, Kyle, Matthew and Jake; a sister, Concetta Kent, of New City, NY; and a brother, Salvatore Iannotti, of Islip, NY.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 9, 2021, 4:00-7:00 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, 6:30 pm at the funeral home. Entombment is private.
