Judith Wendt, 64, of Fords, passed away on September 6, 2017, at Raritan Bay Medical Center. She was born in Perth Amboy on January 8, 1953. Judith was a Social Worker and then later became a Teacher in Woodbridge. She was a graduate of Woodbridge High School Class of 1970 and a graduate of Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa. Judith was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church. She had a passion for being a mom and caregiver. Judith loved teaching all her children.
She was predeceased by her father, George Rader in 1999. Judith is survived by her husband of 42 years, Michael Wendt, of Fords; two daughters, Christine Wendt of Fords and Kimberly Wendt of Middlesex; mother, Helen Rader, of Fords; brother, William Rader and his wife, Toni Ann, of Bordentown; many nieces and a great-nephew; and her beloved dog, Daisy.
Visitation will be at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863, Friday 4-8 pm. Funeral services will begin Saturday 9:30 am at the funeral home followed by a 10 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace Church. Interment will be in St. Nicholas Cemetery.
