Juan Perez, 54, of Perth Amboy, passed away at his home on September 12, 2012. Born February 8, 1958, in Manati, Puerto Rico, he has resided in Perth Amboy for the last 11 years.

Juan was predeceased by his wife, Nilda Sanchez, in 2008. He is survived by his father, Juan Perez of Perth Amboy; daughter, Zulma Perez and her husband Zirahuen of Perth Amboy; son, Juan Perez of Perth Amboy; five grandchildren; and a sister, Carmen Perez of Vega Baja, Puerto Rico.

Visitation will be Sunday 6-9 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Ave., Perth Amboy, NJ 08863. Services will begin Monday 9:30 am at the funeral home followed by a 10 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Perth Amboy. Committal Services will follow at the Rosehill Crematory in Linden.
