Juan Aquino, 92, of Perth Amboy, passed peacefully, with the love of his family at his side, on Saturday, January 30, 2016, at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy.  He was born in Puerto Rico and had resided in Perth Amboy.  He was a retired sugar cane farmer in Puerto Rico and in Vineland, NJ, and was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Perth Amboy.

Juan was predeceased by his beloved wife, Gregoria Aquino, who died in 2005; and his 3 brothers Simon, Lorenzo and Maximino Aquino.

He leaves behind, his daughter, Carmen Gloria Aquino, and his 6 sons: Justo and his wife Diane; Esteban; Juan and his wife, Eva; Orlando and his wife, Debra; Wilfredo and his wife, Beatriz; and Heriberto; 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; and 2 sisters: Juana and Eugenia Aquino.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, from time 6 pm to 9 pm at the Flynn and son Funeral Home, 424 East Ave., Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.  Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at a 9:30 a.m. from the funeral home followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Church.   Interment will follow in Alpine Cemetery, Perth Amboy.
