Obituary

Joyce M. Shannon, 81, of Edison, passed peacefully, at her home on Friday morning, November 1, 2019.
She was born in Newark, and had resided in Edison for the last 58 years.
She was the former manager of Parnes Bakery on Main ST. in Woodbridge, for many years.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas E. Shannon, Sr. , who died in May of 2010, and her son, Thomas E. Shannon, Jr. who died earlier this year, on August 22, 2019.
She leaves behind her three beloved daughters; Kathy McGrath and her husband Jim, of Edison, Nancy Kryskowiak and her husband Michael, of Salisbury, MD, and Trish Shannon and her husband Michael Latham, of Edison, her six dear grandchildren Kelly, Jimmy Dennis, Michael Caitlin, and Kevin and her two dear great-grandchildren; Madison and Noah
Cremation was held privately. Her cremated remains will be laid to rest with her husband Thomas, Sr. at the Cloverleaf Memorial Park Mausoleum, Woodbridge.
