Josephine C. Battiloro, 83, of Edison entered into eternal rest, August 6, 2017, at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center.  She was born in Port Reading and has resided in Edison for the past 52 years.  Josephine was a Hairdresser at Total Dimensions in Edison for 15 years before retiring in 2010.  She was a communicant at Our Lady of Peace R C Church in Edison.

Josephine was predeceased by her husband, Gerard G. Battiloro, in 1993; her parents, Joseph and Constance Santoro; and her siblings: Matteo, Daniel, Charles, and Marian Santoro, Mildred Ciuffreda, and Marie Daidone.

She is survived by her sons, Paul J. and Joseph P. Battiloro of Edison and her sister, Frances Pellegrino, of Bradenton, FL.

Funeral services will be on Thursday at 10 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, followed by a 10:30 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace.  Interment will be in St. Gertrude Cemetery.  Visitation is Wednesday from 4 to 8 pm.
