Joseph S. Naglich, 78, of Edison, NJ passed peacefully at the NJ Veterans Memorial Home in Menlo Park on Sunday, September 29, 2013.
He was born in Staten Island, NY where he had resided prior to moving to Edison 25 years ago.
He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the US Army.
He retired 18 years ago, after over 40 years as a tool and die maker with Lehigh Tool, of Roselle, NJ
He was a member of the Mariners Harbor VFW on Staten Island and the Clara Barton American Legion in Edison.
He was a former member of the Mariners Harbor Yacht Club
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 55 years, Clara "Tootsie" Naglich, his dear son, Stephen Naglich and his wife, Susan, of Edison, and his loving daughter, Karen Naglich of Brick and his 2 godsons, Robert Cloke and Edward Latourette both of Staten Island, NY.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm with a service at 8 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863.
Interment will follow on Thursday 11 a.m at the chapel at the Brig. General William C. Doyle, NJ Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ
