Joseph Victor Kaschak's Obituary
Joseph Victor Kaschak, 86, of Bay Head, entered into eternal rest Saturday July 18, 2015. He was born in Tarrytown, NY, and was formerly of Carteret before his move to Bay Head 14 years ago.
Joseph was a Music Teacher in the Old Bridge school system for 31 years before retiring in 1991. He also served as Band Director at Brookdale Community College of 40 years. He was a member of the NJEA and the Musicians Local.
He was predeceased by his wife, Audrey Ann Mesaros Kaschak, in 2003.
Joseph is survived by his son, Michael Joseph Kaschak and his wife Carolyn of Bay Head; his daughter, Cathy Ann Celli and her husband, Michael G., of Long Branch; and his sister, Marion Carlson, of Poughkeepsie, NY; as well as his fiance, Gloria Hayko, of Fords.
A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2015, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863.
The family has requested that there be no flowers sent and that contributions be made to the IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare), the ASPCA, or an Animal Charity of your choice.
