Joseph P. Jusinski, Sr., 72, of Piscataway, passed peacefully on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at the JFK Haven Hospice Unit in Edison.
Born in Newark, he had resided in Edison for 28 years, before moving to Piscataway in 2004.
He was a retired dental technician for 30 years with Leo Labs of Passaic.
He enjoyed oil painting, artwork and wood carving, and was an avid NY Jets fan.
He was predeceased by his beloved Judith A. Jusinski (2012).
He leaves behind his three children; Judy L.  Jusinski-Waitt of Freehold, and Joseph Jusinski, Jr. and Greg Jushinski of Piscataway, his six grandchildren; Gregory, Erik, Matthew, Joey, Alicia and Maddison, and his three siblings; John Jusinski, Mitzi Lombard and Charles Jusinski all of Pennsylvania.
Visitation will be on Sunday, December 10, 2017 from 3:30 to 5:30 pm, with a service at 5:30 pm, at the Flynn and Son / Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave. Metuchen, NJ 08840. Cremation will follow privately.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas PL, Memphis, TN 38105.
