Joseph George Gross 96, of Edison entered into eternal rest, August 2, 2017 at Whispering Knolls Assisted Living in Edison.  He was born in Bronx, NY, and was a long time resident of Woodbridge before moving to Edison 5 years ago.

Joseph was the President of Gross and Associates in Woodbridge, focused on Design of Industrial Warehouses.

He proudly served in the Army during WW II achieving the rank of 1 ^st Lt.

He was the founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Ranachqua Foundation, the past president of APMHC, Board member of WERC, and CLM, and achieved being a Life Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.

George is survived by Roslyn Lippman Gross his wife of 73 years, his children Beth G. Rudnick of Westfield, Barry and his wife Galina Nechayeva Gross of Irvine, CA, and Mark Lawrence Gross and his wife Naomi Robbins of NYC, his grandchildren Jonathan (Amy) Rudnick, Scott (Amanda) Rudnick, Amy Gross, Martin Gross, Ilana Robbins Gross, and Jeremy Robbins Gross, and great grandchildren Aaron and Jake.

Funeral services will be held on Friday August 4, 2017 at 12 noon at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords.  Interment will be in Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin.
