Jose M. Velasquez, 51, of Perth Amboy, passed away peacefully at JFK on November 22, 2021. He was born on August 16, 1970, in Cabañas, El Salvador.   He immigrated to the United States approximately 35 years ago where he then met his wife, Guadalupe Velasquez .  They married in 1995 and with the love they shared had 4 beautiful children.  Jose dearly loved his family and was a man that always showed happiness for life.  His memory will be cherished and kept alive by his family, friends and all of those whose lives he touched.

Jose is survived by his loving wife, Guadalupe  Velasquez; his children: Ronaldo, Armando Jose, Julisa Lee, and Daniel Velasquez; his mother, Maria Elida Ramirez; and his siblings: Simon, Jose Porfirio, Teresa, Maria N. Velasquez, and Mayra D. Ramirez.
