Jose A. Romero, 44, of Perth Amboy, passed peacefully at his home on Friday, December 15, 2017.  Born in Bronx, NY, he had resided in Perth Amboy for the last 10 years.  He was employed as a Warehouseman for Fed Ex in Edison.

He was predeceased by his beloved son, Christopher Romero, who died September 1, 2016, and his parents, Bonifacio and Eladia Soto Romero.

Jose leaves behind his two beloved daughters, Kayla and Kaitlyn Romero; his three siblings: Milagros Romero and her husband, James, of Edison; Juan Carlos Velazquez of Woodbridge; and Jasmin Soto and her husband, June Rivas, of Perth Amboy; two grandchildren, Aiden and Evan Romero; and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial visitation will be on Thursday, December 21, 2017, from 2-4 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863.
